Apis Manoli honey is produced by the Manoli family in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. We tend 30 family hives and harvest the honey by hand using traditional methods passed down through generations.

Is Apis Manoli honey raw and unprocessed?

Yes. All of our honey is 100% raw, unheated and unfiltered. We do not pasteurise, dilute, or add anything to it. Each jar contains only the natural honey, pollen and enzymes produced by our bees.

We offer polyfloral (wildflower), acacia, linden, sage, rapeseed, may, and honeydew honey. We also sell bee pollen, propolis tincture, bee bread (perga) and wax moth tincture, all from our own hives.

Our bees forage in clean, rural Moldovan landscapes with abundant wildflowers and trees, away from intensive agriculture. We do not feed our bees sugar, use antibiotics, or treat hives with synthetic chemicals. Although we are not yet formally certified organic, our practice exceeds organic standards.
