These terms govern orders placed with Apis Manoli for honey and other bee products. They are written plainly because we are a small family business and we want everything to be clear.

Ordering
Orders are arranged personally through WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. This website does not process payments directly. After you contact us with your interest, we confirm availability, the total price including shipping to your country, and how to pay. The contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order in writing.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on the website are in euros (EUR) and are indicative. The final price for any order depends on the shipping destination, weight and any taxes or import duties applicable in your country. Payment is arranged on a per-order basis — typically bank transfer for international orders, or in-person for local Moldovan orders.
Shipping
We ship from Chișinău to Moldova, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and to other countries on request. Approximate delivery times after dispatch:
- Within Moldova — 1 to 3 working days
- European Union — 5 to 10 working days
- United Kingdom — 5 to 10 working days
- United States — 7 to 14 working days
Tracking is provided for international orders. Any customs duty, import VAT or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns and refunds
Our products are foods that may spoil in transit, so we cannot accept returns of opened jars. If your order arrives damaged, contaminated, or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us within 14 days of receipt at ion@apismanoli.com with photographs, and we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer where they apply (for example, the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law for unopened, undamaged goods).
Quality and safety
Our honey is raw, unheated and unfiltered. Natural crystallisation is normal and not a defect. Honey naturally contains pollen and trace pollen-related compounds; people with severe pollen or bee-product allergies should consult a doctor before consumption. Honey is not suitable for infants under one year of age.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any single order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Chișinău, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
